Breakfast Republic is a popular chain with several So Cal locations all offering a few vegan options for breakfast. Besides this Bennie they have a vegan frittata and vegan breakfast burrito. I’ve enjoyed every option so far.
Today we made the drive to Encinitas just for breakfast. They are one a few North SD county restaurants with clearly marked vegan breakfast options.
